Philipp Rösler

Philipp Rösler President Dr. Philipp Rösler served as Federal Minister of Health from 2009 to 2011 and Federal Minister of Economics and Technology as well as Vice-Chancellor of Germany from 2011 to 2013.Born in Vietnam, Dr. Philipp Rösler was the first cabinet Minister and Vice-Chancellor of Asian background in Germany. Before entering politics, he was a cardiothoracic surgeon.

Ivo Sieber

Ivo Sieber Vice-President CH Ivo Sieber, a law graduate from the University of Zurich and holder of a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, began his diplomatic career in 1988 with the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.Sieber's ambassadorial roles commenced in 2010 in Manila, covering multiple Pacific nations. His significant postings include serving in Zimbabwe, New York, Bangkok, and London. In 2015, he became Ambassador to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, and from 2019 to 2022, he served as the Ambassador to Vietnam.

Rachel Isenschmid

Rachel Isenschmid Secretary General, Finance Expert Rachel Isenschmid works at a Swiss family wealth management company, collaborating with a global client base across multiple jurisdictions. She is also actively involved in various non-profit initiatives in Vietnam and Switzerland and founded KIBV – Keep It Beautiful Vietnam – a Swiss non-profit organization.

Son Nguyen Treasurer, Finance Expert Son Nguyen holds a pivotal role as a partner at Aquis Capital, an asset management boutique renowned for its specialized focus on Hedge Funds and investment opportunities in Emerging Asia. Teresa Freiburghaus

Teresa Freiburghaus Executive Director, Education Expert Teresa Freiburghaus is an esteemed lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), where she imparts her extensive knowledge and expertise. In addition to her teaching role, she has notably served as the Head of the South East Asia Center at FHNW, overseeing the center's activities and fostering stronger academic and cultural ties between the university and Southeast Asian regions. Her contributions in both academia and international relations have been instrumental in enhancing the university's global outreach and educational impact.

Trang Fernandez

Trang Fernandez Head of Legal & Compliance Trang Fernandez-Leenknecht is a tax lawyer, an entrepreneur, and a published author with an exceptional grip on finance and technology. She is the founder of Holistik Ltd, an agile and forward-thinking wealth planning boutique representing private clients and companies in Switzerland and key jurisdictions in international tax and law, pioneering technologies, and sustainable finance. Trang acted as Director Wealth Planning Switzerland in a leading private bank, was the Vice Chair and a member of the Investment Committee of a US$ billion pension fund. Trang is the Secretary General of the CHiwi Foundation, which supports research in space exploration & advanced sciences, a co-founder of Women in Web3 Switzerland and Swiss-Viet Economic Forum, and a board member of Opera for Peace.

Marie-Francine Richard Head of CRM and MarCom Technology CH - VN Since leading her first customer relationship management (CRM) implementation in 2003, Marie has established a proven track record of helping organizations maximize the strategic value of their CRM investments by fostering innovation, strengthening ROI, and accelerating user adoption and engagement.  Having covered roles as an in-house expert for key industry players including Amadeus and IBM, to providing implementation consulting for Accenture and FPT, to working directly for Salesforce, Marie has leveraged this experience to best support client transformative efforts.  A trusted leader in connecting business strategy with technology and culture, she has driven multiple global and regional initiatives and concentrated the last decade on Europe via Switzerland and Southeast Asia via Singapore and Vietnam.

Toan Luu

Toan Luu Head of Technology & Innovation Experts - CH Dr. Toan Luu is a Director, Technical Business Analyst at UBS Group AG. Obtained PhD from Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence at EPFL, he has more than 15 years of exprience in Informatrion retrieval, NLP and application of artificial intelligence in several starrups and corporation in Switzerland. At SVEF, he is reponsible for IT platform of organization and push forwards the collaboration in technology and innovation between partners.  

Cong Thang Huynh

Cong Thang Huynh Head of Technology & Innovation Experts - VN Thang Huynh currently leads as Co-Founder & CEO of InnoLab Asia, an innovative platform fostering collaborations among startups, corporations, investors, and institutions in the region. He also mentors at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and contributes to the German Accelerator Southeast Asia, backed by the German Federal Ministry for Economics and Energy. Thang is a key figure in Southeast Asian startup innovation, significantly advancing Vietnamese startups globally and aiding foreign enterprises in entering the Vietnamese market.

Léonard Gabriel Maradan

Léonard Gabriel Maradan Legal & Compliance Expert, Head of Events and Communications Léonard Gabriel Maradan is a Swiss legal professional currently serving as a legal collaborator with the Swiss Bar Association. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Procedure from the University of Fribourg, where he completed his doctoral studies under Professor Michel Heinzmann. Over his career, he has gained extensive legal experience in both Swiss and international contexts, having worked in various internships and assistant roles with prominent law firms and the Federal Office of Justice. He is bilingual in German and French, with strong English skills and a conversational knowledge of Japanese, as well as basic proficiency in Mandarin and Spanish.

Quynh Nguyen

Quynh Nguyen Life Insurance Expert - CH Quynh Nguyen is a Swiss-qualified actuary with extensive experience in the insurance industry. She has held roles over 6 international companies and the Big Four firms, working across both the American and European markets. As an investment proposition manager, she is recognized for her business expertise, strategic perspective, and exceptional communication skills.
