A graduate of the University of Economics and Finance with a degree in Brand Management-Marketing, Alva combines her academic foundation with extensive practical experience.

Filian Nguyen Administrative Assistant Filian, originally from Vietnam and currently based in Paris, brings a robust background in communication and marketing. With extensive experience in public relations, event management and content creation, she has held pivotal roles in various organizations. Proficient in multiple languages, including English, French, Arabic and Chinese, she has successfully led numerous international projects. Currently pursuing her studies at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University, Filian possesses in-depth knowledge of strategic communication and project management. She is deeply committed to building cultural and linguistic bridges in global initiatives, contributing to the advancement of economic cooperation between Switzerland and Vietnam.

Thuy Hoang Administrative Assistant Thuy Hoang is a finance professional from Vietnam with a background in Finance, Banking, and Monetary Policy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Foreign Trade University in Vietnam, where she developed a strong academic foundation in international economics and financial systems. Currently based in Basel, Thuy brings a global perspective shaped by her education and international environment, with interests in financial markets, banking systems, and economic policy.

Marian Tran Administrative Coordinator Marian Tran is from Vietnam, and currently works at a public–private business incubator supporting innovation and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies and Pedagogy, specializing in training and educational management across diverse audiences. Marian has extensive experience in public–private partnerships (PPP), working with government agencies and public institutions while coordinating community initiatives, international NGO programs, and startup ecosystem events, while connecting stakeholders and facilitating cross-sector collaboration to drive impactful projects. At SVEF, she is committed to supporting communication, partnerships and coordination, contributing to initiatives that strengthen Switzerland–Vietnam collaboration and engagement.

Linh Nguyen Administrative Assistant Linh Nguyen, originally from Vietnam and currently based in Switzerland, is an undergraduate student at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland pursuing a BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Through experience with luxury hotel brands, Linh has developed expertise in customer experience, guest engagement, and event coordination, building a strong foundation in service excellence and operational support. Bringing this robust background to SVEF, she supports organizational operations, especially member relations, committed to advancing collaboration between businesses and institutions between Switzerland and Vietnam.

Huong (Camille) Nguyen Marketing & Communications Specialist Camille is a Marketing and Communication Specialist at SVEF. Born in Vietnam, she moved to Switzerland for her studies and is now based in Morges.She holds a Master’s degree in Management, Marketing orientation, from HEC Lausanne. Her experience includes marketing communications, digital campaigns, content creation, CRM segmentation, and cross-functional project coordination, with a focus on making ideas clear, engaging, and accessible.Through her professional experience and involvement in associations, she has developed strong skills in storytelling, audience engagement, and multi-channel communication. At SVEF, she supports communication initiatives that connect strategy, creativity, and real-world impact.

Tri Vu Website Developer Tri Vu is from Vietnam and is currently based in Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Systems Science from Stockholm University and is pursuing a Master’s in Data Science in Switzerland. He is proficient in English and Swedish. His experience includes developing and managing web projects and tutoring in various academic subjects.

Hazel Pham Administrative Assistant Hazel Pham is an International Business student at the Diplomacy Academy of Vietnam with a passion for business, innovation, and lifelong learning. Fluent in Vietnamese and English, she also has a basic knowledge of German and enjoys learning new languages and exploring different cultures. Her interests include technology, business operations, and global markets, and she is always eager to develop new skills and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic community as a member of SVEF.

Ngoc Phan Website Manager Ngoc Phan (RichardPhan) is the Founder of RikSoft Co., Ltd, which provides software services and develops IT products. With a strong foundation in technology, he leads RikSoft's growth and serves as the Tech Lead at VietSearch, where he contributes to building advanced search and data analytics solutions.With an innovative mindset and a practical problem-solving approach, Richard is committed to creating optimized technology products that help elevate Vietnam’s position in the global tech landscape.
