Linh Nguyen, originally from Vietnam and currently based in Switzerland, is an undergraduate student at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland pursuing a BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Through experience with luxury hotel brands, Linh has developed expertise in customer experience, guest engagement, and event coordination, building a strong foundation in service excellence and operational support. Bringing this robust background to SVEF, she supports organizational operations, especially member relations,  committed to advancing collaboration between businesses and institutions between Switzerland and Vietnam.
