Excedo Hanoi opened its first training class after a week of opening
on July 25, 2025. A soft skills training class in business with the theme "The art of listening - Understanding customers" was held in Hanoi, attracting a large number of shareholders and customers to participate, affirming Excedo's commitment to developing human resources from within, aiming to create sustainable and comprehensive values.
Under the guidance of Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Van Cam, the experiences and knowledge applied deeply into practice showed the importance of the concept of "Listening - Understanding".
